Additional Recommendations:
In addition to vaccinating your dog for preventable diseases, we recommend annual intestinal parasite screenings. This test of your dog’s stool sample allows us to see if your dog carries any parasites, including roundworms, hookworms, or whipworms. Furthermore, we recommend annual blood parasite screenings to check dogs for heartworm disease and other tick-borne diseases.

Terms For Wellness Plans
Pet must be less than 6 months of age to sign up for the puppy or kitten plan.
Exclusions listed in the contract are as follows:
The 10% and 15% discount excludes grooming, certain pharmacy prescriptions, Feline 3-year Purevax Rabies vaccination, food, lab tests sent to special laboratories, grooming and resort retail products.
Offer cannot be combined with other Discounts or Promotions.
No refunds or credits on treatments & non-medical services not utilized.
